BETH WARDLAW

Beth was born & raised on a farm in Noblesville, Indiana where she learned first hand the importance of a strong work ethic and commitment.  She applied that commitment to her studies and graduated with honors from Purdue University.  Beth started her teaching career at Providence High School in 1978.  During her 14 years at Providence, Beth taught Algebra, Health, Physical Education, and coached girl’s golf.  Beth has continued her passion for golf, winning the ladies club championship at the New Albany Country Club 9 years and being active in the Ladies Falls Cities Golf Association.

Community service is important to Beth.  She is a memberof the New Albany chapter of Tri Kappa philanthropic sorority and has done volunteer work for the American Cancer Society & American Red Cross. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Purdue Falls City Alumni Association.

In her spare time, Beth enjoys biking, hiking, photography,and spending time with her son's family. Beth brings her special blend of energy, strong work ethic,and commitment to each of her clients as she assists them in buying and selling which is probably why over 85% of her business is from repeat clients or referrals.

Originally from Hodgenville, Kentucky Faye spent over 22 years in Nashville, Tennessee.  While in Nashville, Faye worked in fine jewelry sales at “Crystals Fine Gifts & Jewelry” owned by Crystal Gale.  After obtaining a business degree, she expanded into sales management of 8 retail shops at the Opryland Hotel.  In a desire to move back closer to her family, Faye relocated to the Kentuckiana area as a marketing director for Pegasus Satellite Television before beginning her career in real estate.

Faye enjoys spending time with her sons' families, golfing, hiking, gardening, and reading.

Faye’s southern accent and easy going demeanor puts clients at ease while her background in marketing and sales prove an invaluable asset.  In today's market, Faye's Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation is very helpful in assisting our clients with staging their homes to sell quicker and for more money.  Licensed in Indiana and Kentucky, Faye can help buyers and sellers on either side of the river.
